Book Reviews
This is a science fiction novel set in todays time. The novel promotes women as intelligent
and capable of almost anything that a man can do and sometimes better. Most of
the women in this novel are elevated into a team of women saving the world in
the next novel, "Ancient Destiny - Escape from Earth". Craig is the
captain, but more of a figurehead while the women are the experts on his team.
It is something that could be happening now, but it could be the end of Earth
in a few years or months. We know that Earth has been impacted by intersteller objects that either caused major changes to
life on Earth and we know that one killed off the dinosaurs. We have had a
number of near misses by smaller asteroids that the astronomers did not see
coming. What if they spotted a very large one on course to
impact Earth and too large to stop.
The people of Atlantis came here from Mars to
avoid being killed when the intersteller object hit
Mars destroying most of its atmosphere. Some of them escaped Atlantis by
leaving our solar system. The ones staying behind lost their technology when
Atlantis was destroyed. A spaceship was left in orbit to educate the survivors
in science and math to once again create the technology to escape Earth.
Aristotle, Tesla, and others were trained by this ship, but the existing
technology did not allow them to do what they knew was possible. Now the object
that destroyed Mars is coming to Earth in only a few years and the ship has
chosen a college student as the next Aristotle to advance science many years in
a very short time in order for some small set of humans to escape into space.
The
second book in the Ancient Destiny saga follows humanity's escape from Earth as
they search for habitable planets and establish new colonies. SHIP, an advanced
vessel left by ancient Martians, has guided Earth's greatest minds but now
selects a young college freshman as its final captain to lead humanity's
survival.
Craig and his six
expert female crew members drive scientific advancements in space travel,
resource extraction, and planetary colonization. As global powers build a
limited fleet, SHIP and Karen train 140,000 colonists for the journey. The book
explores themes of science, politics, and faith, drawing parallels between SHIP's influence and divine guidance while navigating the
challenges of humanity's new beginning among the stars.
This book might be about women's lib or is it polygamy? Women
need to play the main role in space travel and especially colonization. This SF
series presents many issues to ponder and suggests some inventions needed for
space travel. The series starts in today's world and through forced invention
gets mankind into space colonization to save the human race. Most of the
science presented is in some stage of development now. If you want to travel
for months in space and then create a colony on an empty planet, you need more
women than men. On a spaceship, or in a scientific laboratory, women can do
what a man would do. The man may be better at leadership because women tend not
to want to lead, but in reading this series you might agree with the author
about the makeup of the crew. There are a number of morale issues. This
is the 3rd book in the Ancient Destiny saga. Book 1 describes the threat to
Earth and the SHIP that has taught the great scientists of Earth. Book 2 is the
escape from Earth with many scientific concepts for space travel, explorations
for new earthlike planets, the escape and journey to new planets, establishing
colonies on new planets. Book 3 adds new crewmembers as replacements, new
science concepts, searches for knowledge on other planets, visiting Earth years
after its destruction, encountering an enemy, finding who built SHIP and the so
called, Library of Atlantis, more Martian history and first contact with the
Galactic Alliance.

fourth book in the series finds them meeting the Galactic Alliance which is not
the intelligence that created SHIP. The Galactic Alliance is advanced
scientifically, but not socially. Their worlds have been warring for years and
were a threat to the human colonies as the Galactic Alliance threatened
expansion. Demonstrations by SHIP show the Galactic Alliance that their
technology is not nearly as advanced as SHIP and these demonstrations by SHIP
make them afraid to mess with the human race that appears to them as far more
powerful than their weak new colonies would suggest. SHIP and crew make it
obvious to the Galactic Alliance that they don't have to fear the humans as
long as they keep their distance from the colonies.Craig
and his female crew find out that the Galactic
Alliance had received back an Unmanned probe that had flown by Earth and picked
up intelligent radio signals. This tells them that another visit to Earth is in
order to see about the human survivors of the extinction event.
Our
Love was filled with miracles and coincidences. This is the story of that Love
from its miracle beginning, the frequent miracles that occurred throughout to
the end of the story that continues beyond this earthly life. Our amazing
adventures, our trials and the intervention of a higher power or magic or was
it just a coincidence after coincidence or did we plan it that way or was it
luck. Did God intervene?

said it was love at first sight at 12, but never knew my name or where I lived.
At 26, we met during a Lightning storm we were enjoying. I died with a clap of

retired US Air Force civil servant. He went through pilot training, got a phone

officer, nuclear ordnance supply officer, logistics manager, foreign security
assistance manager (foreign military sales -FMS)) over several North African
countries (Morocco, Zaire, Chad, Egypt, Sudan), then spent his last 30 years
working in Research and Development, acquisition logistics and program management.
While working FMS he was personally phoned by many embassies, the

Nostradamus had
some way of seeing the future. When he was alive he was most famous as a
medical doctor. He had some understanding of medicine that did not fit with his
time. He did not have the pharmaceuticals that we have today, but he made do
with what was available. He lived during the time of the Black Death epidemic
in Europe that killed some 30 to 60 percent of the population of
Royalty would pay him to tell them of the future
and some would want to have him killed for telling the future. In his own time
he was famous for his fortune telling. Nostradamus
attempted to document his future visions in writing. Nostradamus
did some describing of how he told the future, but we do not know. Many
question whether he did tell the future or not. Nostradamus
tells us that he jumbled up his readings of the future until such time in the
future that we can sufficiently understand. Whether he had some form of
television or alchemy or staring into a crystal ball, we don’t know. At one
point he spoke of someone from the future giving him the secret of viewing the
future. True or not?
Nostradamus put together a series of verses in a book. What we
would call a chapter he called a Century and the verses are called Quatrains.
As you read World War Three these chapters and quatrains are jumbled. When you
read V,9 that means it was Century five, quatrain 9.
The translation to English is not a straight
translation. It is my interpretation of Nostradamus.
I did not deliberately twist my interpretation to fit my novel. As much as
possible I attempted to use existing translations by so-called experts. In some
cases I changed their translations slightly to make them closer to today’s
English.
Now, imagine someone in 1550 AD trying to
describe what he might see on a television set. Small aircraft swirling over a
city would be described as locusts. A main battle tank might be described as a
metal monster. What I have done is change locusts to
aircraft and metal monsters to tanks. A fish that surfaces from under the water
with a man standing in it would be a submarine. Nostradamus
did not have the concepts, only the visions which he described as well as he
could in 1550 AD. A straight translation would show locusts, not aircraft…I say
aircraft. A shining weapon that burns everything in its path might be a laser
beam weapon. Something that causes lightning over a circle a thousand miles in
diameter would be a high altitude electro magnetic pulse (HEMP) 200 to 300
miles above the earth.
This is not a specialized weapon but any nuclear
explosion in low earth orbit...like
